Title VI Program Notice to the Public
The public is invited to comment on the Hot Springs Intracity Transit updated Title VI Program. This program includes an analysis of the transit service area and policies designed to ensure non-discrimination in all aspects of HSIT activities. The program also includes policies intended to make HSIT planning activities and services accessible to all individuals.
The draft program can be viewed at the Intracity Transit Offices located at 100 Broadway Terrace, Hot Springs, AR or by visiting the Intracity Transit webpage at: https://www.cityhs.net/Intracity-Transit
The public comment period will continue until end of business day July 22, 2024. After reviewing recommendations and public comments, the draft Title VI Program will be presented to the Hot Springs Board of Directors for consideration at a regularly scheduled meeting to be held in August, 2024.
