
National Park Medical Center announces new doctor in Village Clinic
(Hot Springs, AR) June 23, 2025— National Park Medical Center is pleased to welcome general family practitioner Dr. Fred Lyles to its medical staff. Dr. Lyles will practice alongside APRN Marie McKnight at NPMC’s HealthCenter at Hot Springs Village.
Dr. Lyles has more than three decades of experience and specializes in general family medicine. He treats all ages, from newborns to elderly, and provides comprehensive care for patients.
“I am excited to continue my practice in Hot Springs Village and fulfill the need there,” Lyles said. “Marie and the team at the HealthCenter at Hot Springs Village are top notch, and I am honored to be joining the team.”
His dedication to the field is evident through his residency at AHEC in El Dorado. He completed his medical education at Arkansas State University and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
Patients can trust Dr. Lyles for expert medical guidance and compassionate treatment in a welcoming environment.
McKnight has more than 30 years of healthcare experience, having started as a senior nursing tech and advancing through her career to an LPN, RN, nurse manager and now family nurse practitioner.
The HealthCenter at Hot Springs Village is accepting walk-ins and can see patients quickly.
The HealthCenter at Hot Springs Village is located at 121 Cordoba Center Drive, Suite 400, just outside the west gate. It provides primary care for all ages Monday through Friday. Dr. Lyles is a US Army Veteran and serves on the Champion Christian College Board of Directors. He and his wife, Pam, have five children.
