Jackie Holloway retired from the State of Arkansas as a Certified Public Accountant where she served in various positions throughout her career including Senior Associate Director of Higher Education, Chief Financial Officer for State Employee Benefits, Budget Director and Auditor at Arkansas State University, and Controller at College of the Quachitas.

      After retiring, Jackie joined the Elks in order to give back to the Community.  As an Elk, she has served as; secretary, treasurer, tiler, and currently Esteemed Leading Knight and Auditor for the District Deputy Exalted Ruler and Exalted Ruler (Current). Jackie is the first woman to hold the position of Exalted Ruler in the lodge's 125-year history. Lodge 380 is known for its community service, active involvement in veterans' support programs, scholarship programs, and support of the five Human Development Centers in Arkansas, among many other programs.

      She has served on various committees (Audit and Accounting Committee, Budget Committee, Scholarship Committee, Maintenance Committee, and Membership Committee) and has volunteered continuously throughout the Elks Lodge (Working in the Kitchen prepping, cooking and cleaning, Running the register , Helping behind the Bar, Assisting in the setup, breakdown and cleanup of the Lodge).
