Hot Springs Village Board of Directors Announces 2025 Election Results

HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE, AR, March 28, 2025 - The Hot Springs Village Property Owners Association (HSVPOA) Board of Directors is pleased to announce the results of the 2025 Board election. The votes were officially tabulated by The Inspectors of Elections (TIE), the independent third-party firm overseeing the election process.

Three candidates have been elected to serve three-year terms on the Board of Directors:

1. Bruce Caverly - 3,954 votes

2. Mark Quinton - 3,675 votes

3. Tammy Capps - 2,874 votes

Newly Elected Board Members

Bruce Caverly

A Connecticut native and Air Force veteran, Bruce Caverly brings extensive international business experience from his career at 3M Company. Since moving to Hot Springs Village in 2001, he has been actively involved in various POA committees, including the Natural Resources Committee. Caverly's 24-year tenure in the Village has given him in-depth knowledge of HSV's governing documents and operations.

Mark Quinton

Mark Quinton, a resident since 2018, has a background in education and kinesiology. His 20+ year career in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries culminated in a National Director role at AstraZeneca. Quinton has been serving on the HSV Board of Directors since May 2023 and has been instrumental in bringing events like the Archery Senior Olympics to the Village.

Tammy Capps

Tammy Capps, who became a resident of Hot Springs Village in March 2021, has a diverse background in the medical industry, education, and business ownership. A graduate of the University of Kansas, Capps has held executive positions specializing in cardiovascular diseases, oncology, mental health, and diabetes. Her experience includes roles in patient advocacy, health policy analysis, and marketing.

The remaining candidates received the following votes:

· Janet Rowe - 2,841 votes

· Wayne Crump - 2,491 votes

· Peter Kirk Denger - 1,844 votes

· Evert Uldrich - 914 votes

The Board of Directors looks forward to working with the newly elected members to continue improving and enhancing the Hot Springs Village community.
