The Hot Springs Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Chambers of the City Municipal Building located at 133 Convention Boulevard, Hot Springs, AR. This hearing is to consider the following land use requests and other commission business: 

2500 Block of Park Ave. – Hot Springs Roller Rink - Large scale development site plan review application for the construction of a skating rink on the subject property.  

934 & 936 Golf Links Rd. and 138 Fontana Rd. - Request to change zoning from R-2 & C-3 to M-1 on properties located at 934 & 936 Golf Links Rd. and 138 Fontana Rd.  

0 Clearwater Cove - Miscellaneous application request to extend the infrastructure completion bond to complete the required secondary access paving for the Cottages at Bayshore Subdivision.  

Approx. 2955 Malvern Ave. - Large scale development site plan application for the construction of a Taco Bell restaurant.  

Election of Officers – Annual election of planning commission officers.
