HOT SPRINGS, Ark. – The lights of the Historic Malco Theatre are shining brighter than ever this holiday season. The iconic venue is proud to announce a vibrant new creative direction, transforming into Hot Springs’ premier multi-use entertainment destination under the leadership of its new Director, Jonathan Erlandson. 

To celebrate this evolution, the Malco will host a special Holiday Preview Series kicking off December 22nd. This limited-run engagement offers audiences a first look at the theatre’s expanded programming before the official launch of the full 2026 calendar this coming March. 

The Winter Preview Lineup The series brings a diverse array of world-class entertainment to Central Avenue, featuring resident magic and major touring productions. The holiday schedule includes:

 
● The Magic of Jonathan Erlandson (Dec. 22 – Jan. 4): Nightly at 8:00 PM (Excludes Dec. 27 & 28) The Malco’s new Director and resident artist takes the stage for a run of his acclaimed production. Blending modern illusions with the venue’s classic charm, Erlandson delivers an interactive experience that honors the mystery of the art. 

● Pierce Arrow (Saturday, Dec. 27): One Night Only Branson’s hottest ticket comes to Hot Springs. Known for their high-energy blend of country, rock, and comedy, Pierce Arrow brings their award-winning vocal harmonies and entertainment value to the Malco stage. 

● MJ: Reliving the King of Pop (Sunday, Dec. 28): One Night Only A spectacular tribute experience celebrating the music, moves, and legacy of Michael Jackson. This production delivers the energy of a concert experience, perfect for the holiday crowds.
