Help Shape the Future of Hot Springs' Heritage and Historic Preservation
Help Shape the Future of Hot Springs’ Heritage and Historic Preservation
The Hot Springs Planning and Development Department wants to hear from YOU! We're inviting all citizens to share their thoughts and ideas about preserving Hot Springs' rich history at a community open house on Thursday, February 20, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Transportation Depot (100 Broadway Terrace, Hot Springs, Arkansas).
If you can’t make it in person, you can still participate! Starting Monday, February 24, 2025, an online survey will be available for two weeks at www.HSARPreservationPlan.com.
Why Does Historic Preservation Matter?
Historic buildings and landmarks are more than just old structures—they tell the story of our community and shape its unique character. Preserving them strengthens our local economy, enhances cultural diversity, and builds a sense of pride in Hot Springs’ identity.
