Hot Springs - The City of Hot Springs offices and departments, except for public safety and the Hot Springs Memorial Field Airport, will be closed on July 4 in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

The Solid Waste Department’s residential collection routes and Earth Angel Recycling Program, including leaf and mulch collection, will run one day behind schedule (i.e. Friday’s collection on Saturday).

The Transportation Depot will be closed, and Intracity Transit services – buses and paratransit – will not operate. Transit services will resume the regular schedules on Saturday, July 5.

The Community Resource Center and Compost Facility will also be closed.
