HOT SPRINGS – The public is invited to review and comment on the City of Hot Springs Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Year 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER), which evaluates CDBG-funded projects and activities carried out from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.

The draft CAPER will be available for public review from September 4 - 18, 2025, at hotspringsar.gov/community-development, and paper copies will be available at the Planning & Development Department, located at City Hall, 133 Convention Blvd., weekdays from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

The public has the following two opportunities for in-person public comment on the CAPER:

• Community Development Advisory Committee meeting at 1 p.m. on Sept. 4, in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Blvd.
• City of Hot Springs Board of Directors meeting at 6 p.m. on Sept. 16, in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Blvd.

All comments received by September 18, 2025, will be incorporated into the final CAPER, which will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development by September 30, 2025.
