The City of Hot Springs today announced the launch of ParkMobile as an additional mobile payment provider for public parking throughout the city. The integration provides residents and visitors with enhanced flexibility and digital convenience when parking near downtown attractions and businesses.

The city’s public parking system will utilize two designated zones across all locations: Zone 50101 and Zone 50102.

The addition of ParkMobile expands the city’s current parking system without replacing existing options. ParkMobile is one of the most widely used parking solutions in the nation, and offering it alongside our existing multi-space kiosks and mobile app ensures everyone can choose the payment method that best fits their preference.

ParkMobile provides several convenient, contactless ways to pay, eliminating the need to visit a kiosk:

• ParkMobile Mobile App: Available for download on iOS and Android devices, offering account management, session extensions, and active parking alerts.
• Mobile Web & Guest Checkout: Drivers who prefer not to download an app can pay directly at parkmobile.io. Guest checkout is available, making account creation optional.
• Text-to-Pay: Users can text "PARK" to 77223 to receive a direct link to the web payment portal.
• Automated Phone System: For drivers without a smartphone, payments can be completed over the phone using the toll-free number displayed on parking signage.

ParkMobile accepts Google Pay, Apple Pay, ParkMobile Wallet, and all major credit cards. Additionally, users can extend their parking time remotely through the app or web portal, subject to zone rules and limits.

Updated signage across Hot Springs public parking areas will prominently feature Zone 50101 and Zone 50102 alongside existing multi-space kiosks and payment instructions.
