City of Hot Springs Credit Card Payment Changes

City of Hot Springs Credit Card Payment Changes

Hot Springs – The City of Hot Springs will undergo a credit card software conversion on Friday, May 16, 2025, preventing City departments from accepting any electronic payments between 1 - 5 p.m. on May 16. However, the departments can accept cash and/or check payments during this downtime.

In addition to the downtime on May 16, the conversion will affect the public due to the changes in the Utility Billing (UBS) Pay-By-Phone number and customer online portal.

Effective May 19, City of Hot Springs utility customers who call in to make direct payments will need to call 1-833-728-3801. This free service will still be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This payment method will still accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and eCheck.

The UBS Pay-By-Phone number and customer online portal will be down for maintenance from 1 p.m. on Friday, May 16, until 8 a.m. on Monday, May 19.

The new UBS customer online portal can be accessed at www.cityhs.net/pay-online or www.cityhs.net. This customer portal boasts a more user-friendly platform with additional features to check water usage and other details of the account. During the first new portal login experience, current customer portal users will simply need to log in with the username and password already set up and then be prompted to reset the password.
