Due to the impending inclement weather, the regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting set for tomorrow, Tuesday, February 18, at 6:00 p.m. has been re-scheduled for Tuesday, February 25.

On Tuesday, February 25, the City of Hot Springs Board of Directors will hold its regularly scheduled 4 p.m. bi-weekly agenda meeting in the City Hall Board Chambers, 133 Convention Boulevard.

Immediately following the agenda meeting, the City of Hot Springs Board of Directors will hold a special meeting, pursuant to Ordinance No. 10599, to consider the applicants for the Board of Director's Position 1 on the Advertising and Promotion Commission.

Immediately following the special meeting, the City of Hot Springs Board of Directors will hold the business meeting to consider the previously published agenda for February 18 with the exception of item O-25-07. Proposed Ordinance No. O-25-07 is an ordinance authorizing the issuance of wastewater revenue bonds for the purpose of financing a portion of the costs of betterments and improvements to the wastewater system of the City of Hot Springs, Arkansas; providing for the payment of the principal of and interest on the bonds; prescribing other matters relating thereto; and declaring an emergency. A public hearing on this proposed ordinance will be held on March 4 during the City of Hot Springs Board of Directors' regularly scheduled business meeting. A notice will be published this week in the Sentinel Record and an updated agenda has been re-published on the city's website.
