The City of Hot Springs Solid Waste Department is partnering with the Southwest Central Regional Solid Waste Management District and the Garland County Environmental Services to host the annual Spring Fling event from Saturday, April 27, through Sunday, April 28. This event allows residents to discard of unwanted items at one of the 30-yard roll-off dumpster locations set up within the city limits. City residents are encouraged to clean their neighborhoods, including nearby vacant lots, and dispose of items free of charge in the nearby roll-off containers. Large or bulky items can be placed next to the container if they are too heavy to lift
