
Chamber and Partnership Announce New Executive Assistant
(Hot Springs, AR) Feb. 28, 2023 – The Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce and Hot Springs Metro Partnership welcome the addition of Kim Kellar as Executive Assistant to the President & CEO.
In this role, Kellar works directly day-to-day with Gary Troutman, President & CEO of both organizations. She also provides oversight and management of scheduling meetings, conferences, and work projects along with coordinating schedules with other staff team members. Kellar also leads the Ambassador team, as well as providing for their needs.
“I am excited to be working at the Chamber,” Kellar said. “I have met so many awesome people since I started in November and I appreciate working in a positive, supportive environment.”
She is excited to use her skills to help further the mission of the Chamber and HSMP. “I have already learned so much and look forward to continuing to learn. I am also looking forward to being able to help facilitate the day-to-day workings here at the Chamber as well as the meetings and special events,” she said.
“We are thrilled to add another long-time Hot Springs and Garland County resident who absolutely loves her community to our team”, said Gary Troutman. “Kim has our Chamber members’ and HSMP investors’ best interests at heart, and they—along with our Chamber Ambassadors—will find Kim a pleasure to work with for the next several years as we all endeavor to move our beloved hometown forward.”
Kellar joins the Chamber and HSMP team after serving as the Marketing and Community Outreach Coordinator for Diamond Lake Federal Credit Union. She began Diamond Lakes as a teller and also served as the Systems Coordinator.
Born in Magnolia, Kellar spent her childhood in Hot Springs and is a 1981 graduate of Hot Springs High School. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her husband, Charles, and search for treasures at flea markets and estate sales. In the summer, she and her family enjoy camping. She has two children, Makenzie Cramer of Massachusetts and Landon Cramer of Oklahoma.
Kellar succeeds Rita Koller who has held the same position for nearly 20 years and retired at the end of 2022.
