With more than four decades of industry experience, Adam Casteel is the Founder, CEO, and Lead Educator for YLF Cosmetology Institute. He is also the owner of the esteemed You Look Fabulous Salon in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Recognizing the need for real-world, immersive cosmetology training in Hot Springs and the surrounding communities, Adam founded YLF Cosmetology Institute in 2024. The venture represents his passion for mentoring and empowering the next generation of cosmetologists, estheticians, and nail technicians.
