About
Tri-Lakes CASA is a nonprofit Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program empowering abused and neglected children in foster care across Garland, Hot Spring, Clark,Grant, and Pike counties. Trained volunteer advocates are appointed by the court to speak up for each child’s best interests—in the courtroom, schools, and community—so they find safety, stability, and a permanent home faster. Through the Tri-Lakes CASA Family Resource Center, we offer supervised family visitation with a full kitchen, life-skills classes for teens, volunteer and community trainings, and a small pantry for youth aging out. Our Roots to Success project helps teens with genealogy-based family finding and practical life-skills workshops. Join us: volunteer, donate, or partner to ensure every child has a dedicated advocate and the tools to thrive.
