Arkansas State Senator Alan Clark represents Senate District 13, which is comprised of Hot Spring County and parts of Garland, Grant and Saline Counties. He is serving his first term in the Senate. In the current 90th General Assembly, Senator Clark serves chairman of Joint Performance Review (JPR), co-chairman of Arkansas Legislative Council (ALC) Policy Making and vice chairman of Senate Agriculture, Forestry and Economic Development.
