As a Baptist Health PACE member, you will receive all of your healthcare services exclusively from a dedicated interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals who will oversee all aspects of your care. These professionals are experts in senior health and will work together to develop a plan based on your individual needs.
Once enrolled, the amount you pay each month will not change no matter what care and services you may need.
