Planning Commission public hearing on Oct. 10th
HOT SPRINGS – The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 10th, in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following land use requests and ordinances:
251 Thornton Ferry Rd. – Urban Edge Estates HPR - Final subdivision plat request for Urban Edge Estates HPR located at 251 Thornton Ferry Rd.
510 Albert Pike Rd. - Conditional Use application to operate a vehicle sales business from C-2 (General Business District) zoned property.
1670 Shady Grove Rd. - Lot Split application request to divide Lot #2 of the Lewis Lot Split Subdivision into two separate lots.
Ordinance Amendment - Public hearing for planning commission recommendation regarding amending the Hot Springs Zoning Code, Ordinance No. 5158 as amended.
