As a health and wellness coach I help individuals of all shapes, sizes, genders, and backgrounds visualize their best selves then identify and prioritize what it takes to get from where they are to where they want to be. Most people hear 'health and wellness' coach and assume I am going to tell them what they need to eat and what exercise routine they need to adopt, but that couldn't be further from the truth. First, I never tell my clients what they should and shouldn't do. I help them discover within themselves what's important in their lives, both now and in the future so they can set goals in order to achieve that. Second, while nutrition and exercise may be some of their goals, we go beyond just the physical and dive into the mental, emotional, professional, and spiritual aspects of their overall well being.
